Travel Distance: Approx 25nm

We set off this morning and just nudged out onto the open sea to be met with some gentle swell and temps of 25c- not bad for 10:00am!

We cruised past various coves until we reached a small bay where we stopped for breakfast and a swim – well Shaun did, I spotted jellyfish and refused to get in with them!  We then headed onto Portovenere – a very picturesque town and then cruised to the other side of Palmeira where we spent the afternoon.

Beautiful weather with sea temps of 25c. Perfect! We returned to the marina at 19:00pm in time for a BBQ and a check on the weather for tomorrow.

We would often stop off here for breakfast – very popular with Italian men swimming before lunch!
